With every LaLiga Santander club entering the Copa del Rey in the round of 32, anticipation is building ahead of the first legs on 30 November and return fixtures on 21 December. The lower-league sides will have home advantage in the first leg, while the decision of who plays at home first is determined by the draw for any ties between teams competing in the same division.
The five teams in the Champions League and one in the Europa League were drawn against sides from Segunda Division B. The other clubs were then paired up and the full draw is as follows.

*Due to Real Madrid's participation in the FIFA Club World Cup, the club will play the first leg against CyD Leonesa on 26 October and the second leg on 30 November.
