Match Facts:
Las Palmas (12th, 29 pts):
- After almost securing the spoils and eventually claiming a point from the always tricky trip to the Bernabeu, where a gripping game finished 3-3 in midweek, Quique Setien's side are now hoping to go one better and end their winless run in order to ease any fears of being dragged down into the relegation battle.
- Setien looks likely to go out with all guns blazing in search of that elusive victory. Jese, Tana and Kevin-Prince Boateng are all primed to start; Boateng's goal in midweek took his tally in LaLiga Santander this season to seven, more than he ever managed in a single campaign in Serie A, the Bundesliga or the Premier League.

Osasuna (20th, 10 pts):
- The visitors' plight makes Las Palmas's struggles seem trivial by comparison. The team from Pamplona are pointless in five and haven't tasted victory for 17 matchdays, a run that has seen them slump down to the bottom of the table. They still have time to haul themselves out of trouble, but to do so they need to start winning again pronto. For this reason, a triumph in Gran Canaria would be massive for Petar Vasiljevic's men, especially with several of their relegation rivals facing off this weekend.
- One thing in Los Rojillos' favour is the head-to-head. Osasuna have only lost one of their last 10 LaLiga Santander meetings with the islanders (3-2 back in 2000). What's more, they scored in each of those encounters, averaging 2.2 goals per game.
