Team News:

- Atletico Madrid: Miguel Angel Moya, Tiago and Alessio Cerci (all injured).

RC Deportivo: Joselu, Carles Gil and Sidnei (all injured).

Match Facts: Atletico Madrid (4th, 9 pts)

- Diego Simeone's charges head into this fixture in fine spirits after coming from behind to claim a highly creditable draw away to champions FC Barcelona. A piece of typically opportunistic play from the Rojiblancos led to Angel Correa's cracking equaliser at the Camp Nou.

- Atletico have only conceded once at the Calderon so far this term. That came in their first home encounter of the season, when they were held 1-1 by D. Alaves. Meanwhile, their last game in front of their fans finished with a 5-0 trouncing of R. Sporting.

Deportivo (14th, 5 pts)

- The A Coruña outfit got their LaLiga Santander campaign off to a great start with a 2-1 triumph over SD Eibar. However, Gaizka Garitano's men are winless since and are gunning to end that run in the Spanish capital.

- Scoring goals has been a big problem for Deportivo. They have only found the net three times, with their last effort, courtesy of Celso Borges, ultimately counting for nothing in the 2-1 defeat to CD Leganes at Riazor.
