- The Pepineros come into this one on decent form, having put points on the board in three of their last four outings. However, the LaLiga Santander new boys have so far struggled for results on their own patch, only managing to secure their maiden home triumph as recently as Matchday 12 - in a 2-0 success over CA Osasuna -, after having mustered just one point from their opening five home games.
-Whilst these two teams may have faced each other on numerous occasions over the years, this game marks their first-ever top-flight encounter.

- The Basques will be looking to remedy a bout of travel sickness which has seen them fail to taste victory in any of their last five away league assignments.
