BKT and LALIGA extend sponsorship agreement through 2028

Through an official three-season renewal, BKT will continue as LALIGA’s Official Tyre Partner in Europe and Latin America, marking a symbolic milestone of nine years of collaboration.

Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT) and LALIGA are extending their journey together. The multinational Off-Highway tyre industry leader and one of the world’s most prestigious football competitions have officially announced the renewal of their partnership for three additional seasons, through to 2028, following six successful campaigns.

This collaboration, which began in the 2019/20 season, will now reach the symbolic milestone of nine consecutive seasons, underscoring the strength and strategic value of the relationship. Starting in the 2025/26 season, BKT will serve as LALIGA’s Official Tyre Partner in Europe and Latin America, focusing on two strategic regions where football is deeply embedded in local culture and where the brand seeks to further boost its visibility.

The new agreement will grant BKT on-field visibility through virtualized LED and 3D Carpet formats, appearing during away matches of major Spanish clubs such as Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, and Atlético de Madrid. It will also offer opportunities to develop fan-focused initiatives, such as contests and brand activations. In addition, CSR projects will be carried out in collaboration with LALIGA, reinforcing the continued commitment and cooperation between both organizations.

Always engaged with the world of sport, BKT views sponsorship not only as a branding tool but also as an opportunity to create positive impact in communities and convey authentic values.
