The Champions League action returns on 11 April as the competition enters the quarter-final stage, the draw for which took place this Friday, 17 March, at UEFA's headquarters in Nyon (Switzerland). Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and FC Barcelona are the three Spanish representatives left in Europe's elite club competition after the trio saw off Bayer Leverkusen, Napoli and Paris Saint-Germain respectively in their round-of-16 ties.
Atletico were the first of the LaLiga Santander contingent to learn their fate and the Rojiblancos are set to face Premier League outfit Leicester City, with the first leg to be staged at the Vicente Calderon. Meanwhile, Real Madrid will pit their wits against FC Bayern Munich, with the Bernabeu set to play host to the return leg. Last but not least, Barcelona will take on Juventus, with the Catalans also facing a second-leg showdown on home soil. The first-leg encounters will take place on 11 or 12 April, whilst the return fixtures are to be played over the 18th and 19th.
