R Sporting's manager has sensationally been able to keep his side undefeated after 15 games this season in Liga Adelante. This is added to the fact the side have the tightest back line in the competition, shipping just nine.
Third in the table with 29 points, the side will be hoping to earn promotion at the end of the season, something that Abelardo is working towards game by game with his blend of youth and experience.
The Asturian side won two and drew three last month, and the boss, in his second season with the club, is managing to connect with his players and is using all the experience and knowledge he gained as a player to do so.
