RC Celta and UD Almería will get round 16 of Liga BBVA, the final round of games for 2014, underway. The Galician side sit eighth on 20 points, and will be looking to end a run of four consecutive defeats in order to get back into the fight for a place on Europe. Meanwhile, Juan Ignacio Martínez will take charge of Almería for the first time in Liga BBVA, hoping to lift his side away from the drop zone.

Team news

Borja Oubiña, who is recovering from a knee injury, will miss out for the home side. For the visitors, Rubén Martínez is injured and Fernando Soriano is suspended.

View from the dugout

Celta boss Eduardo Berizzo highlighted them importance of the encounter: "We need to finish with points and end a brilliant first half to the season. When we score we tend to win, and hopefully tomorrow means we will finish with more than 20 points to kick start our second round of fixtures, which will be even more difficult". Juan Ignacio Martínez, for his part, left his side's intentions clear: "We're going to Vigo to pick up points because we desperately need them".
