- One-club man. Gary Neville devoted all his career at Manchester United. Old Trafford enjoyed him for 19 years and 602 matches, a record which has even more clout when you consider that the legendary right fullback is part of the select group of 'one-club men'. He debuted in 1992 and hung up his boots in February 2011.
- Family of athletes. Sport nursed Gary Neville from birth. His father, Neville Neville, who died this year, was a professional cricket player and his little sister, Tracey Neville, is the national team coach of Netball. In addition, his mother represents the team of Bury as an executive in the FA.
- His brother, Phil Neville, was on his side in the ranks of United as a player and now joins him on Valencia´s bench, where he arrived last summer called by Nuno Espirito Santo.
- Gary Neville was part of Man United Class of '92, the golden homegrown group that United managed to form in the early 90's. Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and David Beckham were also part of that group.

- In the last two years, he also has emerged as one of the most popular commentators in the UK. Gary Neville commented on the Premier League matchday in the popular program 'Monday Night Football' in SkySports, in which he shared table with another icon of the Premier: Jamie Carragher.
- He is the owner of the restaurant 'Cafe Football', which he shares with his close friend Ryan Giggs.
- Gary Neville is so environmentally conscious that built an ecological and sustainable house.
