In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico (LSSICE) [Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce], we provide the identity details of the provider of the service below.

The User undertakes to use the content offered on LaLiga’s Official APP (the “Content”) in a diligent, correct and licit way. In particular, the User undertakes to refrain from doing the following: (a) using the Content in a way, for purposes or with effects that are contrary to the law, morals or generally-accepted good practices or contrary to public order; (b) reproducing or copying, distributing, allowing public access through any public communication media, transforming or modifying the Content, save as authorised by the holder of the corresponding rights or where this is legally permitted; (c) suppressing, eluding or manipulating the copyright, and remaining identity details.
The use of LaLiga’s Official APP by a third party makes such person a User and involves the full acceptance by such User of each and every one of the conditions set forth under the Legal Notice.
The User undertakes to use LaLiga’s Official APP in agreement with the Law, these Conditions of Use, and the remaining notices, regulations of use and instructions provided to it, and in agreement with morals and generally-accepted good practices and public order.
The User undertakes to use the Content diligently, correctly and legally and, especially, it undertakes to refrain from the following: (a) using the Content in a way, for purposes or with effects contrary to the law, morals or generally-accepted good practices or contrary to public order; (b) reproducing or copying, distributing, allowing public access through any public communication media, transforming or modifying the Content, save as authorised by the holder of the corresponding rights or where this is legally permitted; (c) suppressing, eluding or manipulating the copyright and remaining identity details.
Any advertising or commercial information sent directly without due authorisation or the concealment of the sending of mass emails (spamming) is prohibited.
The User undertakes not to introduce any programmes, viruses, macros, applets, ActiveX controls or any other logical devices or sequence of characters, causing or likely to cause any type of alteration of the computer systems of LaLiga and/or of third parties.
3.1 Minimum age
To access LaLiga’s Official APP you should be at least fourteen (14). Therefore, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, Users guarantee that they are 14 or over.
LaLiga may contact users at any time to ask for due proof of their identity.
To prove their identities, users should furnish a copy of the National Identity Card or an equivalent identity document. If these documents are not provided, LaLiga may block access to LaLiga’s Official APP.
4.1. Responsibility for the Use of LaLiga’s Official APP
The User is solely responsible for the breaches it may incur or the damages it may cause due to the use of LaLiga’s Official APP, and LaLiga, its group companies, collaborators, employees and representatives, shall be released from any liability that may arise out of the User’s actions.
LaLiga shall make every effort and use all reasonable means to facilitate updated and reliable information on LaLiga’s Official APP. However, LaLiga makes no any warranties as to the absence of errors, or potential inaccuracies and/or omissions for any content accessible through LaLiga’s Official APP.
The User is the sole party liable in respect of any claims or legal actions, whether judicial or extrajudicial, brought by third parties against LaLiga, based on such User’s use of LaLiga’s Official APP. Where applicable, the User shall be liable for any expenses, costs and compensation arising for LaLiga out of such claims or legal actions.
4.2. Liability for the operation of LaLiga’s Official APP
LaLiga is released from any liability that may arise out of interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone failures, or disconnections of the operational functioning of the electronic system, due to causes outside LaLiga’s control.
Moreover, LaLiga is also released from any liability that may arise out of delays or blockages of the operational functioning of this system due to deficiencies or overloading of telephone lines or the Internet, and damage caused by third parties through illegitimate interferences outside LaLiga’s control.
LaLiga is authorised to temporarily suspend, with no prior warning, the access to LaLiga’s Official APP, for development, maintenance, repairs, updates or improvement operations.
Should LaLiga’s Official APP contain links to other portals or sites which are not managed by LaLiga, such company states that it does not exercise any control over such sites, and it is further not liable for their content. The links that LaLiga’s Official APP may contain are offered by way of information, without any other type of assessment in respect of the content, owners, services or the products offered.
In any case, LaLiga is released from any liability as concerns the services provided by third parties in respect of any complaints and claims that may be filed in this connection.
Unless otherwise provided, any content of LaLiga’s Official APP is exclusively owned by LaLiga, including but not limited to, the graphic design and source code, any logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, and the remaining elements of LaLiga’s Official APP. Moreover, any trade names, trademarks or distinctive marks of any kind contained in LaLiga’s Official APP shall be protected by Law.
LaLiga does not grant any licences or personal use authorisations to the User as concerns its intellectual and industrial property rights or any right relating to l LaLiga’s Official APP, and the services offered therein.
Therefore, the User recognises that the reproduction, distribution, marketing, transformation and, in general, any other method of exploitation, using any procedure, of all or part of the content of LaLiga’s Official APP is a breach of the intellectual and/or industrial rights of the company or the holder thereof.
The User, solely and exclusively, can use the material on LaLiga’s Official APP site for its personal and private use, and use for commercial ends or to incur in illicit activities is prohibited.
By virtue of the provisions laid down under Articles 8 and 32.1, paragraph two, of the Ley de Propiedad Intelectual [Law on Intellectual Property], any reproduction, distribution and public communication is expressly prohibited, including the method of making content available, for all or part of the content of LaLiga’s Official APP, for commercial ends, on any medium and using any technical methods, without gaining LaLiga’s authorisation. The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights held by LaLiga.
LaLiga shall ensure the fulfilment of these conditions and the due use of the content presented on LaLiga’s Official APP, exercising any civil and criminal actions it is entitled to in the case of a breach or non-compliance of these rights by the User.
Your personal data shall be processed in agreement with the Privacy Policy of LaLiga.
LaLiga, as the entity technically and organisationally managing LaLiga’s Official APP, states the following:
LaLiga reserves the right to make the amendments to LaLiga’s Official APP it deems fit with no prior notice, a right which shall further be extensive to the method of presentation or location of such amendments.
Therefore, the access, Contents, Materials and/or services offered via LaLiga’s Official APP have a perpetual duration, in principle, unless otherwise provided under the Terms and Conditions or by the applicable law from time to time. However, the User agrees that LaLiga may unilaterally terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time with no prior warning being required, the availability of LaLiga’s Official APP and/or any of the services, with no right of the User to claim any compensation whatsoever. Following such termination, the User must destroy any material that had been obtained from LaLiga’s Official APP and/or from the portal or application where the Materials and/or Contents are offered, including the corresponding software and documentation, and any copies, printed versions, or installations.
Where LaLiga’s Official APP is cancelled or terminated, LaLiga may permanently delete the information associated to your Account, including your Content, from its servers, and LaLiga shall not be under any obligation to return any Contents to you.
At any time LaLiga may replace the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy which shall, as the case may be, replace, supplement and/or amend the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of LaLiga’s Official APP. This may be due to technical reasons or to changes in the provision of the services or the regulations, or because of any amendments arising out of applicable model codes or, in any case, due to strategic decisions.
When the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy are substituted or amended, they shall be published on LaLiga’s Official APP and/or a notice of the above shall be provided through such channel. Where the User continues using the service, it shall be construed that any amendments included have been agreed to unless it is necessary to ask the User for his/her express acceptance or consent. Where the User disagreed with the amendments made, s/he may cancel the LaLiga’s Official APP service, following the procedure created to this end.
We recommend that Users periodically verify the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as there may be amendments. The updated version can be viewed under the section “Conditions of Use of LaLiga’s Official APP”. The temporal validity of these Terms and Conditions is therefore the same as their display term, until they are totally or partially amended.
LaLiga and the users of LaLiga’s Official APP submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals applicable under the court procedural rota system.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) is to regulate the processing activities performed by the LaLiga Group International, S.L. (hereinafter, “LaLiga”) regarding personal data through its Official App (hereinafter, the “LaLiga's Official App” or “APP”).
To use the APP you must register with the LaLiga Ecosystem, through which you access an environment created by LaLiga, composed of several applications and websites, belonging to both LaLiga and the affiliated football clubs with which LaLiga has collaboration agreements, where, by means of a common registration implemented by LaLiga for said assets (LaLiga Single Sign-On), each user receives a unique identifier such that any selection or modification of preferences or request for erasure made on one of the applications or websites which form part of the ecosystem will affect the rest of the LaLiga Ecosystem environment and the entities which it comprises.

Where do we get your personal data from?
LaLiga will process the data which you provide directly in the APP (mail and language as required data and favourite team, name, lastname and country as optional data), as well as other data inferred as a result of your use of and activity within the APP (Guest user ID/device ID; advertising ID or Mobile Advertising ID – MAID; identifier for the provider of the service provided through the APP, LaLiga – IDFV – which allow the identification of your device in order to track your activity in LaLiga Ecosystem applications; identifier for advertisers – IDFA – which allow the identification of your device in order to track your activity in LaLiga Ecosystem applications and third-party applications; operating system; device model and telemetry, for example, when you click on certain content or the time you remain active will also be recorded) or your interactions with communications which we may send you via push, in-app, as applicable (for example, clicking on the content of a communication).
Likewise, in the event that you are the user of another asset for which LaLiga is the controller or in which LaLiga acts as joint controller of the data and which forms part of the LaLiga Ecosystem, in the Platform LaLiga may process the aforementioned personal data, whether declared or inferred in said assets.
Finally, we inform you that in the iOS version of the APP, Apple will ask your permission for the use of the advertising identifier of your device (“IDFA”) by LaLiga for any of the purposes which may require it, in accordance with the section Why do we process your personal data? of this privacy policy.
Importing data from social media
We would like to inform you that you will be able to use the social media profiles you have to sign up to or access the LaLiga Ecosystem, as well as to share with LaLiga additional information on your social media profiles.

LaLiga is not responsible for the legal alignment of the social media that you use for the aforementioned purposes. This is why we recommend that you review the conditions of use and privacy policy of the social media that you are going to use for said purposes so that you can verify that the processing carried out on your personal data is in line with your expectations of privacy and applicable data protection regulations.
Once the data has been imported and incorporated into your registered user account, your data will be included in the LaLiga Ecosystem and processed by LaLiga for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Why do we process your personal data?
Main purposes
Likewise, LaLiga will use your data to give you access to the rest of the LaLiga Ecosystem assets. Specifically, LaLiga will use the following personal data for this purpose:
In this regard, LaLiga uses the services of a third party provider (RP Solutions, Inc.) to verify the validity of the email address provided to LaLiga to sign up to the APP; this also involves an international transfer, in this case of the email address provided, to the United States. This is a country in which an equivalent level of protection to that of the European Economic Area is not guaranteed. Consequently, LaLiga has signed standard contractual terms adopted by the European Commission with said service providers pursuant to the provisions of Art. 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, including additional guarantees and obligations addressed to these providers for as much security and transparency as possible. The content of the standard contractual terms is available on request through lopd@laliga.es.
In this regard, we inform you that in order to send you these notifications, LaLiga uses the services of a third-party provider (Char Software, Inc. – Localytics) which involves the international transfer of your user ID to the United States, a country where an equivalent level of protection to the European Economic Area is not guaranteed. However, LaLiga has signed standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with the service provider by virtue of the provisions of Art. 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, including additional guarantees and obligations addressed to this provider to ensure the greatest possible security and transparency. The content of the standard contractual clauses is available on request from lopd@laliga.es.
The legal basis for the aforementioned purpose is that the processing is necessary to satisfy the legitimate interest of LaLiga by virtue of the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting in achieving higher levels of consumption of content in the APP through notifications on football results and scores. Before that, we would like to inform you that LaLiga has analysed the proportionality between its legitimate interest and its users’ rights and freedoms. You can request the conclusions of this analysis through lopd@laliga.es.
The legal basis for the aforementioned purposes is that the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party by virtue of the provisions of art. 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
In this regard, we inform you that in order to carry out tasks relating to debugging and development, LaLiga uses the services of a third-party provider (Yizcam, Inc.) which involves the international transfer of your technical data to the United States, a country where an equivalent level of protection to the European Economic Area is not guaranteed. However, LaLiga has signed standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with the service provider by virtue of the provisions of Art. 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, including additional guarantees and obligations addressed to this provider to ensure the greatest possible security and transparency. The legal basis for the aforementioned purpose is that the processing is necessary to satisfy the legitimate interest of LaLiga by virtue of the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting in offering a Platform with the maximum quality and user experience. Before that, we would like to inform you that LaLiga has analysed the proportionality between its legitimate interest and its users’ rights and freedoms. The legal basis for the aforementioned purposes is that the processing is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of LaLiga by virtue of the provisions of art. 6.1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consisting of extracting lessons from the information provided and obtained from users that allows you to improve the APP and optimize the communication campaigns carried out based on the interest that these generate among the different groups of users. users. Before doing so, we inform you that LaLiga has carried out a proportionality analysis between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users. Use of the identifier for advertisers (“IDFA”) on iOS (Apple) devices
Use of the IDFA for the “Internal reports” purpose requires the user tracking permission within Apple’s iOS operating system. In the event that the user has not given their permission for the use of the IDFA, LaLiga will not be able to carry out this purpose using the IDFA of the device.
The user may accept or reject the tracking permission at any time in the iOS settings of the user’s Apple device.

The legal basis for processing your data for the aforementioned purposes is the consent you have granted for processing your data for the selected purposes under the provisions of art. 6.1 a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Your personal data will be held for these purposes until you revoke the consent granted.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time following the procedure described in the “What are the user’s rights when providing us their personal data?” section, this does not affect the legality of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

LaLiga may offer third-party advertisers segments and audiences prepared by it with the aforementioned personal data in order for said advertisers to be able to show personalised advertising in different advertising spaces. In no case will we share your personal data to fulfil this purpose.
On the other hand, using the advertising identifiers on your device's operating system, LaLiga can re-identify you on other LaLiga Ecosistema websites or apps in order to have a more detailed profile on you. Advertising identifiers are pseudonymised data that does not directly identify you, but rather identifies the device you use in our ecosystem. In this regard, we would like to inform you that you can reset this identifier as follows:
From the device settings or Google settings, find the services section and select “Ads”. Under “Ads”, choose the “Reset advertising identifier” option.
To reset your advertising identifier on iOS, open Settings and select Privacy > Advertising > Reset advertising identifier.
If you reset the advertising identifier, LaLiga will not be able to re-identify you and, consequently, it will not be possible to trace your activity or show you information based on your preferences when you interact with LaLiga through its different apps and websites.
Likewise, we inform you that in order to fulfil the purpose of profiling, specifically related to the use of the Data Management Platform, mentioned previously, LaLiga uses the service of a third-party provider (salesforce.com EMEA Limited) which involves the international transfer of your MAID, IDFA and hashed email to the United States, a country where an equivalent level of protection to the European Economic Area is not guaranteed. However, LaLiga has signed standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with the service provider by virtue of the provisions of Art. 46.2 c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, including additional guarantees and obligations addressed to this provider to ensure the greatest possible security and transparency. The content of the standard contractual clauses is available on request from lopd@laliga.es.
Use of the identifier for advertisers (“IDFA”) on iOS (Apple) devices
Use of the IDFA for the “Preparation of exhaustive profiles” purpose requires the user tracking permission within Apple’s iOS operating system. In the event that the user has not given their permission for the use of the IDFA, LaLiga will not use DMP technology for the preparation of profiles, but it may use all other profiling techniques.
The user may accept or reject the tracking permission at any time in the iOS settings of the user’s Apple device.
Likewise, LaLiga may directly communicate your personal data (email address and/or favourite team) to third parties so that they can send you advertising about their products and services via email or SMS. You can view the list of teams with which LaLiga has an agreement and with which it may share your data based on the consent you have given in the section “To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?”
Furthermore, thanks to LaLiga’s DMP, it is possible to create target audiences with the device advertising identifier (IDFA or MAID) and hashed email, for the purpose of offering said audiences to third-party entities who may show you advertising on products and services which may be of interest to you based on your preferences. We additionally inform you that, in order to communicate said audiences to third parties, we need your prior consent to carry out an analysis of your profile, as indicated in the purpose “Preparation of exhaustive profiles” given that they are distinct but interdependent purposes.

The legal basis for processing your data for the aforementioned purposes is the consent you have granted for processing your data for the selected purposes under the provisions of art. 6.1 a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. How long do we store your personal data?
The personal data which we process will be stored for such time that the purposes which motivated their collection persist and/or you do not revoke the consent which you have given, or you do not exercise your rights of erasure, objection or restriction of processing.
Likewise, LaLiga will keep your personal data, duly blocked, for the following period of time for the sole purpose of addressing any kinds of responsibilities that could arise.
Said personal data will be deleted when such period of time expires.
Who will we send your personal data to?
Your personal data may be communicated to other people or companies to be used for their own purposes provided that you give us your consent by checking the box provided or for the service you request. In this regard, we hereby inform you that your personal data will be communicated to third parties as explained in the section “Why do we process your personal data?”
In this regard, we would like to inform you that your personal data will only be communicated to football teams in the first and second divisions of La Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional that have signed a partnership agreement with LaLiga. The following link includes a list of the football teams that currently have an agreement with LaLiga that may send you commercial communications if you authorise us.
In connection with the foregoing, we hereby inform you that your personal data will only be communicated to organisations that have signed an agreement with LaLiga and/or use DMP technology to share target audiences. The following link includes a list of the organisations that currently have an agreement with LaLiga that may process your data for the purposes indicated above if you authorise us.
Likewise, LaLiga may provide personal data and any other user information when required to do so by public authorities exercising responsibilities that have been lawfully granted to them and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Similarly, some entities subcontracted by LaLiga could access the personal data and information as data processors or sub-processors in order to provide LaLiga with a required service, as stated in the different purposes in the section “Why do we process your personal data?” These service providers sign a contract that requires them to use your personal information solely for the provision of the services communicated in this policy.
What are your rights when we are provided with your personal data?
We hereby inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, amendment, opposition, erasure, right to not be subject to an automated decision, portability or limitation of processing before LaLiga at any time.

How can I exercise my rights?
Sending an email to lopd@laliga.es The exercise of your rights is completely free of charge.
When accessing and, as applicable, registering on the app, you provide your consent for the purposes for which your data has been requested, you may withdraw this consent, at any time, following the procedure established in each of the commercial communications you receive, via the Subscriptions Centre on the APP menu or by sending an email to lopd@laliga.es
The withdrawal of your consent will not affect your ability to use the app nor the legality of processing based on this consent prior to its withdrawal.
On the other hand, if you have signed up for the Platform through social media or a similar service, you can exercise your right to erase your data by deactivating the “LaLiga Ecosystem” service in the services connected to your social media profile. Please see the conditions for each service for more information:
Additionally, in the event of using the iOS version of the APP, you may erase your account and personal data through your profile menu within the APP by clicking on “Erase account”.
Furthermore, if you believe that you have not been able to exercise your rights to your satisfaction, or that your data has not been processed as established in the applicable regulations, you may contact the data protection delegate at LaLiga at dpo@laliga.es or file a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency at its website, www.agpd.es.
RESTRICTIONS.
LaLiga informs you that users must be at least 14 years old to use the application.
[1] A DMP is a data management platform that lets us create target audiences using a combination of data from different sources (1st, 2nd and 3rd party data). In addition, this is a tool that helps optimise audiences for multi-channel strategies, letting us offer users the best possible experience when interacting with any channel.
