The real stars of the matches that are played at San Mamés are on the pitch, but before the end of November the stars will also be in the VIP box of Athletic's ground.
A cast of seven renowned Basque chefs with a total of nine Michelin stars, make the gastronomic delight to all the San Mamés VIP area attendees. Eneko Atxa with three stars for Azurmendi´s, and Daniel Garcia (Zortziko), Fernando Canales (Etxanobe) Jabier Gartzia (Boroa), Josean Alija (Guggenheim Bilbao Nerua), José Miguel Olazabalaga (Aizian) and Zuriñe García (Andra Mari) with a Michelin star each, make up this select group of chefs.
Over 6,000 square meters dedicated to this space in the center ring of the stadium, which try to encompass the passion for Athletic Club and the essence of the Basque cuisine. A project to convert the "Rojiblanco" stadium in a center of culinary excellence, being a great gastronomic "cathedral".
