The successful '2014 LFP Awards Ceremony' left us with countless moments to remember, but there are still many secrets left undiscovered. LFP.es cameras followed the star of the event, Cristiano Ronaldo, throughout the ceremony as he enjoyed an unforgettable night on which he picked up three awards.
The Real Madrid striker attracted a multitude of media and fans alike as soon as he arrived at the Hotel Auditorium, the venue for the event where he was named the 'Best Forward' and 'Best Player' in the 2013-14 Liga BBVA, as well as having been chosen by the users on the official the Liga de Fútbol Profesional as the scorer of the 'Best Goal' in the division.
The Whites' number 7, who saw out last season as the top goal-scorer in the Liga BBVA, finding the net 31 times in 30 matches, was accompanied by Florentino Pérez and his teammates Sergio Ramos, Luka Modrić, Keylor Navas and James Rodríguez. Cristiano Ronaldo received the 'Best Striker' award from the hands of the Colombian player, with whom he shared a few jokes.
A happy and smiling Ronaldo spoke exclusively to LFP.es after his hat-trick of accolades. "I'm very happy. It is amazing to win three awards and I feel really fortunate. I'd like to thank my teammates, because without them I wouldn't have won", he said.
