Passion and excitement for football and LaLiga knows no borders thanks to the LaLiga Santander Experience, a project which keeps on putting smiles on the faces of subscribers and journalists around the world. For Matchday 28's edition, the Experience will be hitting one of Spain's most appealing cities, Malaga.
The eight guests set to enjoy the Malaga CF vs FC Barcelona match at La Rosaleda grabbed a place in the LaLiga Santander Experience after winning competitions set up by Portugal's Sport TV and China's PP Sports. While our Portuguese neighbours were tested on their LaLiga knowledge through a Facebook quiz, the PP Sports' competition was Valentine's Day-themed, and involved couples sharing a romantic photo of themselves and declaring their love for LaLiga. In addition, a representative from the Chinese news and information content platform Toutiao will be on hand to report on the events.
It's hard to pick what will be the highlight of this four-day trip, given that there's so much on offer. Beginning on Thursday 8 March and concluding on Sunday, the guests will be taken on a guided tour of the city of Malaga and La Rosaleda, before taking their seats and watching unbeaten LaLiga Santander leaders Barcelona close-up, including world superstar Lionel Messi, who is currently topping the scoring charts in Spain. Because 'It's not football. It's LaLiga.'
