Granada CF and Sevilla FC face off in a game corresponding to matchday 32 of the Liga BBVA. Abel Resino’s men need three points to stay in the fight for survival, with the obstacle of going through a bad patch, having failed to win in five games straight. Meanwhile. Unai Emery’s men will be aiming to retain hope of qualifying for next season’s Champions League. To do so, they will need to extend their run of seven games without defeat.
Squads
Abel Resino’s squad will be without three fundamental players for this game. Jean-Sylvain Babin, Jaison Murillo and Javi Márquez are out of the Granada squad with injury.
On the other hand, Unai Emery will have two important players missing. The goalkeeper Beto is in the final stages of his recovery, however he will not be making his return at Los Cármenes. The other player who will not be playing is Daniel Carriço, also due to injury.
Thoughts of the coaches
The home manager predicts a game that will be crucial for Granada’s hopes: "We have no more room for mistakes”, he stated. Unai Emery hopes that his side can keep up their good run of results: “We want to maintain the belief we have but every game is demanding”.
