Alberto Moleiro, LALIGA EA SPORTS 25/26 Best Under-23 Player in October

Alberto Moleiro has been named LALIGA EA SPORTS' Best Under-23 Player for October, an award presented by LALIGA in partnership with Riyadh Season. The Canary Islands-born player has become a key figure in Villarreal's midfield.

One of his best games this month was against Real Betis, where he scored a goal and provided an assist. Increasingly in form and gaining importance at Villarreal, Moleiro led the attack in this match, playing a key role in the 2-0 win over Real Betis by scoring Marcelino's side's second goal.

This is not the first time that Villarreal's number 20 has received this award: last year he was also voted Best Under-23 Player of the Month in September, when he was still playing for Las Palmas. This month, Moleiro won the final vote ahead of Mateo Joseph (RCD Mallorca), Arda Güler (Real Madrid), Pablo Barrios (Atlético de Madrid) and Clemens Riedel (RCD Espanyol).
