Commitment to Accessibility
At LALIGA, accessibility is a fundamental pillar in the development of our digital products. We are committed to offering inclusive experiences aligned with current regulations, particularly the Law 11/2023 of May 8, which extends the Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act). Additionally, we guide our work according to the requirements of the EN 301 549 v3.2.1 standard, which establishes accessibility criteria applicable in the digital environment, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA level as the main technical reference.
Compliance Status
LALIGA's digital products are in the process of progressive adjustment to the technical standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, in compliance with the Ley 11/2023, the (EU) Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), and the Real Decreto 193/2023.
Currently, the compliance level of this website is partial, with identified areas requiring improvements. LALIGA is actively working to achieve greater alignment with the requirements established by this standard and to ensure an accessible and inclusive digital experience for all users.

● Implement skip mechanisms between content blocks to facilitate structured navigation (criterion 2.4.1).
● Ensure that all elements are keyboard accessible and navigable, including the order of focus and visibility of elements receiving focus (criteria 2.1.1, 2.4.3 and 2.4.7).
● Ensure accessible representation of visual structures, relationships and hierarchies through appropriate semantic markup (criterion 1.3.1).
● Improve color contrast in text, links and graphics to ensure legibility (criteria 1.4.3 and 1.4.11).
● Avoid the exclusive use of color to convey information (criterion 1.4.1).

● Correctly label and group input fields, incorporating auto-complete functionalities where applicable (criteria 3.3.2 and 1.3.5).
● Provide control mechanisms to stop or pause elements that move, update automatically or have time limits, such as carousels or other dynamic components (criteria 2.2.1 and 2.2.2).
● Use descriptive headings and labels that adequately reflect the associated content or function (criterion 2.4.6).
● Communicate errors in forms in an accessible manner, with clear messages that allow the affected fields to be identified (criterion 3.3.1).
● Ensure that links are self-explanatory, using text that describes the link destination clearly and autonomously (criterion 2.4.4).
● Correct inconsistencies in language identification in multilingual content blocks (criterion 3.1.2).
● Avoid unexpected changes of context that may cause confusion in navigation (criterion 3.2.2).
