Team News:

- Granada CF: Edgar Mendez and Salva Ruiz (injured)

- Real Madrid: Pepe and Gareth Bale (injured)

Match Facts:

Granada CF (19th, 20 pts):

- Despite their precarious position in the table, Jose Ramon Sandoval's men have strung together two consecutive victories at home, beating Sevilla FC (2-1) and Getafe CF (3-2).

-  Isaac Cuenca, Ricardo Costa and Abdoulaye Doucoure, additions in the winter transfer window, could make their debuts for the club.

- Granada are hoping to recover Adalberto Peñaranda for the game. The young Venezuelan star, who forms a key part of the coach's plans, has missed the last two league games.

Real Madrid (3rd, 47 pts):

Los Blancos need to prove that they are back on track by winning on the road. Zinedine Zidane's arrival has given the team a boost, but their latest result away from home, a draw against Real Betis, put another dent in their title aspirations.

- Karim Benzema will be looking to continue his recent run of form after scoring in all five previous matches. The French striker is the third-highest scorer this season, one shy of Luis Suarez and his teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, with 18 goals.

- With 17 goals in four games, Zidane's Madrid travel to Granada in formidable from up front. That has taken them up to 64 for the season making them LaLiga's highest scorers.

Don't leave Granada without… visiting the Arab Casa de Zafra museum, one of the best-kept treasures of the Albaicin district. As well as being the perfect spot to take in some beautiful views of the Alhambra, Casa de Zafra houses a set of impressive murals from the 14th and 15th centuries.
