Alongside these company zones, there will be a culinary corner, where chefs Pablo San Román and Daniel Ovadía, will put on a live cooking show to teach the public how to cook Spanish and Mexican dishes, as well as a fusion of both cuisines.

The final space at the event will be a mini football stadium where a friendly match between three Spanish humanoids provided by the Systems Engineering and Automation Department of the Escuela Politécnica Superior of the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid and three Mexican humanoids provided by the Research and Advanced Study Centre of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional de México.

The day will be opened by an event run by Spain’s Councillor for Financial and Commercial Affairs in Mexico, Jorge Mariné Brandi, a representative of ICEX.
