SÁB 08.11.2014

CD Mirandés - R. Valladolid CF (16:00, Municipal de Anduva)

The regional derby between the Rojillos and Vallisoletanos kicks off Liga Adelante matchday 12 with a passionate clash between two teams who are enjoying mixed fortunes and, in the case of Mirandés, will be looking to get away from the lower reaches of the table, and to remain at the top end, in the case of the visitors.

Mirandés and Albacete are looking to escape the danger zone this weekend against two of the hottest teams

Manager Carlos Terraza championed the character of his team for a clash like this one: "We're going to go all out for three points, even if it is a very tough match". Valladolid, for their part, revealed that they are "not thinking about the table coming into the game". The absentees have forced Rubi to call up academy players Guille Andrés and Jorge Hernández for the game.

Albacete B. - CD Leganés (18:00, Estadio Carlos Belmonte)

Albacete will see this home clash against the side from the capital as a chance, both to get some points after the seven consecutive defeats and to escape last position. Leganés, who are hoping to prolong the peace of mind provided by the mid-table, are craving an away win.

In their bid for victory, full-backs Antoñito and Carlos and forward Chumbi, who missed the last match against Las Palmas through injury, will be available to the side from La Mancha. Despite the absence of Sergio Postigo, Sergio Prendes, César Soriano and Borja Lázaro, it is good news for Asier Garitano's side as Fran Moreno returns to the fold.

After the defeat to CA Osasuna (2-3), the Andalusian outfit are in need of the kind of morale boost that only a victory can provide, something they hope to achieve in front of their fans and against a Barcelona B who are hungry for their first win since 13 September.

"The squad have progressed on the mental side and I am expecting a professional and competitive team", admitted Verdiblancos' manager Julio Velázquez. His counterpart in the Azulgranas' dugout spoke of his happiness at visiting the Benito Villamarín and playing against "a historic team" and confessed that this match "is highly motivating for the team".

CD Numancia - CA Osasuna (18:15, Los Pajaritos)

The only goal for the team from Soria is recording their first home victory of the season having so far failed to win three points in their stadium as they look to climb out of the relegation zone. Juan Antonio Anquela's only absentee is Sergi Enrich.

Numancia are looking for their first home victory of the season, while Osasuna are in search of their first on the road

They will be faced by a strong Osasuna who come into the match with all their men available, with the exception of Jordan Loties and Oier Sanjurjo, who have long-term injuries, and with the same goal as Numancia: bagging their first victory of the season, although for them the drought has been away from home.

Girona FC - UD Las Palmas (20:00, Municipal de Montilivi)

The Montilivi will witness a lofty clash, where two contenders for promotion to the Liga BBVA meet on matchday 12 in order to stay in touch with the top of the table after last week's results.

"Winning this match would mean being in the promotion spots for twelve weeks", said Catalan manager Pablo Machín. For his part, Paco Herrera, the coach of the Canary Island side, called the game "vital" in order to "fight for the leadership" and he travels to Girona with 19 players that do not include Benja, Hernán, Dani Castellano, Tana or the suspended Nauzet Alemán.

AD Alcorcón - UE Llagostera (21:00, Santo Domingo)

Two teams in need meet in the Estadio de Santo Domingo on Saturday. Alcorcón, who have picked up just one of the last nine points on offer, and Llagostera, who have strung together six matches without a victory, are looking to turn things around.

Girona and Las Palmas clash with the Liga Adelante leadership at stake

The coach from the capital, José Bordalás, will have to make do without Sergio Mora and Nagore, both of whom are injured, and with the suspension of Djené and Ángel Sánchez. The Catalan outfit come to Madrid without Juanjo, Robert Simón, Óscar Rico, Ratti, Aimar and Vallho, but confident that their "commitment to strategy" will earn them some points to take home.
