The #LigaBBVAExperience party could not have imagined that they were in for this sort of a treat, not in their wildest dreams. And it wasn't just because they got to watch the match...
The morning kicked off with a visit to the Finisterre Aquarium, one of the gems of A Coruña, with its magnificent location. The international fans immersed themselves in an underwater world, and had a wonderful time observing the vast array of species on display.
After the excursion and following an hour's rest back at the hotel, it was time for the defining moment of their trip. They headed to Riazor early to watch the game.
This gave them the opportunity to see both the RC Deportivo and FC Barcelona players get off the bus and enter the stadium. And if that wasn't enough, they were also pitch-side when the players performed their warm-up exercises. They were absolutely thrilled to see their heroes up close.
Next, the Deportivo directors paid tribute to their passion for football and #LaLiga, presenting them with commemorative plaques handed over by Juan Jose Jaen, the financial director, and Daniel Ramos, the institutional director.
All that remained was the main event: the 90 minutes of football. And this was, without a shadow of a doubt, the part which the #LigaBBVAExperience fans enjoyed the most. Despite the fact that Deportivo succumbed to defeat, everyone noted the close relationship between the players and their fans, who never ceased to support them with their chanting throughout the match. And, of course, they were blown away by Barcelona's sublime performance.
As if things could get any better, at the end of the game they got to go down and greet the players as they headed into the dressing rooms, when the likes of Dani Alves, Claudio Bravo, Neymar, Andres Iniesta and Luis Suarez stopped to sign their shirts and have their photos taken with them.
It was an unbeatable end to the A Coruña edition of the #LigaBBVAExperience!
