Real Madrid and FC Barcelona will this Sunday contest the latest instalment of LaLiga Santander's most-played fixture. To get fans in the mood for the blockbuster clash, LaLiga's official Facebook profile will be offering supporters the chance to watch five full El Clasico games and two video reviews featuring some of the crowning moments served up by the fixture over recent years.
Over 27 million followers from right across the globe will be handed the chance to wind the clock back as they feast their eyes on the games which left an indelible mark on LaLiga fans everywhere. The coverage will begin with the 2-2 stalemate at the Camp Nou, which featured doubles from Rivaldo and Raul Gonzalez, before taking in Lionel Messi's hat-trick which saw Barça secure a 4-3 triumph at the Bernabéu in the 2013/14 campaign, whilst not forgetting Los Blancos' 2-1 away success that set the Madrilenians on course for their last league title.
What's more, on Friday visitors to LaLiga's official Facebook account will be reminded of the first time that Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo faced off in a clash between the eternal enemies. Whilst on Sunday itself, fans will be able to satisfy their appetite for stunning goals by watching a review of the best strikes to have graced El Clasico.
Meanwhile, on the day of the big game, Facebook users will be able to catch live coverage as both sets of players take to the Bernabeu pitch for their pre-match warm-ups, whilst the post-match press conferences given by Zinedine Zidane and Luis Enrique will both be streamed via the institution's Facebook page.
