Match Facts:
Levante UD (20th, 20 pts):
- Last time out Rubi's men were comfortably beaten 3-0 by neighbours Villarreal CF. Los Granotas will be going all out for victory in front of their own fans as they seek to make a real statement by beating a team of Real Madrid's standing.
- Levante have four wins, six defeats and three draws to their name at the Ciutat de Valencia stadium. The hosts are looking to put points on the board from their home fixtures in their bid to remain in the division.
- In the reverse fixture Real Madrid ran out 3-0 winners at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Real Madrid CF (3rd, 54 pts):
- Zinedine Zidane's men are in need of a win to help them get over their recent setbacks. Last time out the visitors succumbed of a 1-0 derby reverse to Atletico Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu and the madridistas will be looking to put that defeat firmly behind them by getting back on track here.

- There's been bad news from within the Real Madrid camp this week with six players ruled out of this one. There are no places in the squad for the injured Bale and Benzema. Modric also misses out, but the real concern is in defence where Carvajal and Ramos are both suspended, whilst Marcelo is unavailable through injury.
-Since Zidane's appointment, Real Madrid have recorded two draws and one victory from their three away games.
