RC Celta (7th, 34 pts):
- Despite their position in the upper reaches of the table, Celta have not been on their best form of late. On the previous Matchday, they lost to UD Las Palmas, and they suffered the same fate on the one before that against Rayo Vallecano. Eduardo Berizzo's men return to Balaidos after two games on the road and will be hoping to take the three points.
- The Vigo-based club host Sevilla FC bent on exacting revenge. On Thursday, in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semi-finals, Berrizo's charges took another beating, losing 4-0 to Unai Emery's side.
Sevilla FC (5th, 36 pts):
- Things could not be more different for the team from Seville. Emery's side have gone four games unbeaten, winning three of those and drawing one.
- Kevin Gameiro is on fire. He is Sevilla's top goalscorer, having netted five times in the last four league games. What is more, he scored braces against Malaga CF and Athletic Club. His form in front of goal also extends to the Copa del Rey. He scored twice against this weekend's opponents in the first leg of the semi-finals.
Don't leave Vigo without… visiting the Mercado de Piedra. Located in Vigo's harbour area, it is one of the city's main tourist attractions. Calle de las Ostras (Oyster Street) is one not to be missed.
