Borja Mayoral (Real Madrid)
The home-grown starlet produced a brilliant performance on his first start for Real Madrid in midweek. It was his shot that cannoned back off the post and then ricocheted off the Levante UD goalkeeper into the net to give Los Blancos a 2-0 lead at the Ciutat de Valencia, helping them to take three points back to Madrid. One of the most highly rated recent products of the club's academy, he is getting the chance to show what all the fuss is about. He will be hoping to get another opportunity against RC Celta, so keep your eyes peeled for this 18-year-old who looks destined for big things.
Saul Ñiguez (Atletico Madrid)
A fixture in Diego Simeone's side in the middle of the park. As well as energetically breaking up play, he is good on the ball and excels at making runs into the area from deep. These forays forward allow him to showcase a keen eye for goal, too, as he did last matchday with his strike against Real Sociedad at the Vicente Calderon. That took his tally up to three LaLiga goals for a season in which the 21-year-old is displaying maturity well beyond his years.
Mario Gaspar (Villarreal CF)
A tireless presence on the right-hand side for the Yellow Submarine. With his combination of defensive solidity and regular attacking incursions, he is any coach's dream fullback. The Spain international has missed only four of 27 Liga BBVA games this term and has performed to a consistently high level.
Ignacio Camacho (Malaga CF)
Camacho's commitment and drive are second to none. He is a dynamo in the engine room for Malaga, helping to strike the ideal balance between defence and attack. What's more, his aerial prowess makes him a major threat in the opposition box from corners and free-kicks. In a nutshell, he is the complete package for Javi Gracia's men in midfield.
Yuri Berchiche (Real Sociedad)
Speed and a cutting edge are Berchiche's calling cards. His pace enables the San Sebastian outfit to stretch play, releasing him behind the defence to get to the byline and send in crosses for one of the centre forwards to attack. He has delivered two league assists this season and it would be no surprise if he were to add to this tally when Levante visit Anoeta.
