Sevilla Atletico 1-1 AD Alcorcon

The Sevilla youth team and their visitors from the outskirts of Madrid shared the spoils in a game in which the Andalusians largely dominated, only to be left hanging on in the latter stages following the sending-off of Francisco Sanchez, better known as Curro. Borja Lasso and David Rodriguez were the two men on the scoresheet.

Cordoba CF 2-0 Nastic

A Rodri Rios double secured the points and kept his high-flying team unbeaten at the Nuevo Arcangel this term. The Catalans, on the other hand, remain winless and rooted to the bottom of the LaLiga 1|2|3 table.

R. Valladolid CF 1-2 SD Huesca

Although Raul de Tomas put the hosts ahead in the 52nd minute, Juan Antonio Anquela's troops turned things around through strikes from Juanjo Camacho and Samu Saiz, the latter from the penalty spot. The result represented a welcome return to winning ways for Huesca and a fourth straight loss for R. Valladolid.

UD Almeria 0-0 CD Lugo

The Galicians kept their unbeaten start to the season intact after a goalless stalemate at the Estadio de los Juegos Mediterraneos. The hosts squandered a golden opportunity to have snatched victory at the death, but ultimately both sides had to settle for a point.

Elche CF 0-1 Levante UD

The Granotes edged past Elche to record back-to-back wins for the second time this term. Jose Campaña broke the deadlock on 48 minutes when he curled home a sumptuous free-kick that nestled into the top corner - one that would be a worthy winner of any Goal of the Month competition. That strike proved to be enough to win the game, as the visitors held on to leave Elche with maximum points.

Cadiz CF 0-2 R. Oviedo

Fernando Hierro's charges made it a first away win of the season against an old acquaintance of theirs, Cadiz. Toche and Miguel Linares provided the goals during a first half that saw two red cards, Jon Erice for the visitors and Eddy Silvestre for the home side.

CD Mirandes 3-2 CD Tenerife

Mirandes and Tenerife played out one of the most exciting games of the weekend. Carlos Terraza's lads led 2-0 by the 17th minute thanks to a brace from Alvaro Bustos. Suso pulled a goal back for Tenerife after the break, but Iker Guarrotxena re-established the home side's lead six minutes later when his low shot beat Dani Hernandez. Haythem Jouini scored Tenerife's second of the game with 20 minutes to play, but it was not to be and Mirandes took the points.

CD Numancia 2-1 R. Zaragoza

Numancia ran out 2-1 winners over Zaragoza for their second home win of the season. The visitors struck first through Juan Muñoz in the 39th minute, but Numancia turned the game around through goals from Manu del Moral and Nacho in the 46th and 54th minute respectively.

RCD Mallorca 0-0 UCAM Murcia
Fernando Vazquez's side could only manage a goalless draw at home to Murcia. Despite carving out plenty of goalscoring chances, neither team found a way to break the deadlock. It was Mallorca's second straight draw, whilst Murcia remain undefeated in their last six games with four draws and two wins.

Getafe CF 0-2 Girona FC
Samuele Longo and Ruben Alcaraz's goals sealed three vital points for Girona, who had not won since Matchday 2. Meanwhile, Getafe crashed to their second straight defeat.

CF Reus 1-1 Rayo Vallecano
Reus and Rayo shared a point apiece in a hard-fought and evenly-matched encounter that ended 1-1. Ramon Folch opened the scoring for the home side on 21 minutes, but Antonio Amaya rescued a point for Rayo in time added on.
