COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SPANISH FEDERATION OF MUNICIPALITIES AND PROVINCES AND LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L.
- Signatory Parties: Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (“FEMP”) and LALIGA Group International, S.L. (“LALIGA Group”).
- Date: 17 June 2025.
- Purpose and Duration: To establish a framework for cooperation in the development of joint activities of mutual interest between FEMP and LALIGA Group. The duration of the Agreement is one year.
- Amendments: None.
- Obligations of the Parties: FEMP and LALIGA Group agree to: (i) cooperate in preventing and combating hate speech (particularly racism and violence) and related forms of intolerance in sport; (ii) launch a ten-point anti-racism code to help eradicate hate speech and discrimination at local government level; (iii) participate in and develop joint events and conferences aimed at raising awareness, disseminating and providing information on various topics of interest to both Parties; and (iv) provide advice and cooperate with the FEMP Sports Committee to continuously improve local government policies and practices to ensure a sports environment free from racism and discrimination.
- Financial Commitments: This Agreement does not entail any direct financial obligations between the Parties.
- Subcontracting: None.
FRAMEWORK COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF OFFICIAL COLLEGES OF PSYCHOLOGISTS, LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L., AND THE SPANISH FOUNDATION FOR THE SCIENTIFIC AND PROFESSIONAL PROMOTION OF PSYCHOLOGY – PSICO FUNDACIÓN
- Signatory Parties: General Council of Official Colleges of Psychologists (“COP”), LALIGA Group International, S.L. (“LALIGA Group”), and the Spanish Foundation for the Scientific and Professional Promotion of Psychology – Psico Fundación (“Psicofundación”).
- Date: 25 May 2025.
- Purpose and Duration: To establish a framework for collaboration between LALIGA Group, COP and Psicofundación for the design and implementation of joint actions aimed at promoting and raising awareness of integrity, respect and coexistence, and preventing and eradicating behaviour involving hatred, discrimination and bullying in all areas, with particular focus on educational, social and sports settings. The duration of the Agreement is one year.
- Amendments: None.
- Obligations of the Parties: COP, LALIGA Group and Psicofundación undertake to comply with the obligations assumed under this Agreement in relation to the design, implementation and promotion of the joint actions described in the Purpose clause.
- Financial Commitments: This Agreement does not entail any direct financial obligations between the Parties. The actions envisaged shall be carried out using each Party’s own resources, without prejudice to any future complementary collaborations that may be formalised in specific addenda.
- Subcontracting: None.
COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN FUNDACIÓN SECRETARIADO GITANO AND LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L.:
- Signatory Parties: Fundación Secretariado Gitano (“FSG”) and LALIGA Group International, S.L. (“LALIGA Group”).
- Date: 25 May 2025.
- Purpose and Duration: To establish a framework for collaboration between LALIGA Group and FSG to promote equal opportunities and rights for Roma people through training and social awareness-raising against hate speech and discrimination, aimed at preventing hate speech and bullying in all areas, with particular focus on educational, social and sports settings. The duration of the Agreement is one year.
- Amendments: None.
- Obligations of the Parties: FSG undertakes to: (i) support the launch of an Office for Assistance to Victims of Hate, with a specific focus on anti-Gypsyism; (ii) take part in anti-racism workshops in cities where FSG has a significant presence; and (iii) publicise the collaboration, without this constituting a provision of services. LALIGA Group undertakes to: (i) offer training scholarships at LALIGA Business School proposed by FSG, subject to availability; (ii) incorporate the fight against antigypsyism into campaigns against racism and hate; (iii) ensure FSG’s participation in LALIGA VS. dissemination events; (iv) facilitate the involvement of LALIGA representatives in FSG activities to support Roma youth; and (v) extend the Futura Afición programme to schools with a significant presence of Roma students. Joint actions are also envisaged, such as developing a campaign for International Romani Day with audiovisual and visibility initiatives.
- Financial Commitments: This Agreement does not entail any direct financial obligations between the Parties. The actions envisaged shall be carried out using each Party’s own resources, without prejudice to any future complementary collaborations that may be formalised in specific addenda.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN INCIBE AND LALIGA ON CYBERSECURITY
- Signatory parties: National Cybersecurity Institute of Spain (INCIBE) (public organization under the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function, through the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures) and LNFP y LGI (LALIGA)
- Purpose and duration: To establish a framework for cooperation between the Parties in the field of cybersecurity, aimed at supporting the digital transformation of society and promoting a culture of security, trust and respect, creating a reliable and secure cyberspace. The agreement has a duration of five years, until 19 January 2031.
- Amendments: None.
- Oblidged parties: The same signatory parties
- Agreed financial obligations: The agreement does not give rise to any financial consideration between the parties, nor does it entail any commitment of public expenditure.
- Subcontracting: None.
COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN LALIGA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF CATALONIA FOR THE JOINT INSTITUTIONAL DISSEMINATION AND PROMOTION OF THE SOCIAL AWARENESS CAMPAINGS LALIGA VS HATE AND LALIGA VS BULLYING
- Signatory Parties: Department of Sports of the Government of Catalonia, Department of Equality and Feminism of the Government of Catalonia, and LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L.
- Date: Executed on 16 February 2026.
- Purpose and Duration: To establish a framework for collaboration between LALIGA and the Government of Catalonia for the joint institutional dissemination and promotion of the social awareness campaigns LALIGA VS HATE and LALIGA VS BULLYING, aimed at preventing hate speech and harassment in all areas, with particular focus on the educational, social and sporting environments. Furthermore, the Agreement seeks to facilitate, promote and coordinate the development of projects, initiatives and actions carried out by any of the Parties within the framework of or in connection with such campaigns, provided that they are linked to their objectives and contribute to increasing their reach, impact and visibility. The term of the Agreement is one (1) year.
- Amendments: None.
- Obligations of the Parties: LALIGA Group undertakes to: (i) provide the Department of Sports and the Department of Equality and Feminism with the audiovisual and graphic materials necessary for the institutional dissemination of the LALIGA VS HATE and LALIGA VS BULLYING campaigns; (ii) acknowledge the collaboration of the Department of Sports and the Department of Equality and Feminism in all communication materials used by LALIGA to disseminate the activities covered by this Agreement; (iii) support and promote the development of joint actions, as well as any projects or initiatives agreed by the Parties within the framework of or in connection with the LALIGA VS HATE and LALIGA VS BULLYING campaigns, making available to the Government of Catalonia such material, technical or human resources as may be necessary and reasonably available to ensure their proper planning, implementation and dissemination. The Government of Catalonia undertakes to: (i) make available to LALIGA institutional advertising spaces, both physical and digital, in which the graphic, audiovisual or textual content of the LALIGA VS HATE and LALIGA VS BULLYING campaigns may be disseminated; (ii) actively collaborate in the dissemination of the campaigns through its official communication channels, as well as any other available channels deemed suitable to achieve greater visibility and impact, and may use the LALIGA trademarks for such purpose; (iii) promote the message of the LALIGA VS HATE and LALIGA VS BULLYING campaigns in awareness-raising and social sensitisation activities organised by the Department of Sports and the Department of Equality and Feminism, particularly those aimed at young people, educational institutions, vulnerable groups or sporting environments; (iv) coordinate joint visibility actions with LALIGA; (v) provide the necessary logistical support for the proper execution of both joint actions and any projects or initiatives developed by either Party within the framework of or in connection with the LALIGA VS HATE and LALIGA VS BULLYING campaigns, including, where appropriate, the provision of venues and suitable material resources for their implementation.
- Financial Commitments: The Parties declare that the planned actions are strictly institutional in nature, with no consideration or provision of services between them.

COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF ARAGON AND LALIGA FOR THE JOINT INSTITUTIONAL DISSEMINATION AND PROMOTION OF THE SOCIAL AWARENESS CAMPAINGS "LALIGA VS HATE" AND "LALIGA VS BULLYING"
- Signatory parties: Department of Education, Culture and Sport of the Government of Aragon and LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L. (LALIGA Group).
- Date: Signed on 4 May 2026.
- Purpose and duration: Establish the basis for collaboration between the parties for the joint institutional dissemination and promotion of the social awareness campaigns “LALIGA VS HATE” and “LALIGA VS BULLYING”, aimed at preventing hate speech and bullying in all areas, with particular attention to educational, social and sporting environments. It lasts 1 year.
- Amendments: None.
- Obliged parties: Department of Education, Culture and Sport of the Government of Aragon and LALIGA GROUP.
- Agreed financial obligations: The Department of Education, Culture and Sport of the Government of Aragon undertakes, among others, to: (i) make available to LALIGA institutional advertising spaces, both physical and digital, including digital press, print media, radio and regional television in Aragon — Aragón Televisión, Aragón Radio and Aragón Hoy — through which the graphic content may be disseminated; and (ii) actively collaborate in the dissemination of the aforementioned campaigns through its official communication channels, as well as any other available channel that may be suitable to achieve greater visibility and impact. LALIGA GROUP undertakes, among others, to provide the Department of Education, Culture and Sport of the Government of Aragon with the audiovisual and graphic material necessary for the institutional dissemination of the LALIGA VS HATE and LALIGA VS BULLYING campaigns.
- Subcontracting: None.
BUSINESS COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN FUNDACIÓN JÓVENES Y DEPORTE AND LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL
- Signatory parties: Fundación Jóvenes y Deporte — a public-sector foundation of the Regional Government of Extremadura — and LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L. (LALIGA Group).
- Date: Signed on 6 May 2026.
- Purpose and duration: Establish the framework for collaboration between LALIGA Group and Fundación Jóvenes y Deporte to facilitate, during the term of the Agreement, the delivery of online courses on awareness and protection of children in sport, provided through the LOPIVI training platform by funding individual licences. It lasts 1 year.
- Amendments: None.
- Obliged parties: Fundación Jóvenes y Deporte and LALIGA GROUP.
- Agreed financial obligations: LALIGA Group undertakes to make a financial contribution to Fundación Jóvenes y Deporte in the amount of €5,000, intended exclusively to finance five hundred (500) training licences for the completion of online courses on awareness and protection of children in sport.
- Subcontracting: None.
BUSINESS COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN FUNDACIÓN BASQUE TEAM FUNDAZIOA AND LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL
- Signatory parties: Fundación Basque Team Fundazioa and LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L. (LALIGA Group).
- Date: Signed on 2 June 2026.
- Purpose and duration: The development of joint actions in the field of Basque sport, aimed at the prevention, monitoring and eradication of violence in grassroots football, the implementation and development of the measures provided for in the Organic Law on the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents against violence (LOPIVI) in the field of sport, and the promotion of sports programmes that guarantee the principles of fairness and equality of opportunity, with particular attention to non-discrimination on grounds of gender, race or social origin. It lasts 1 year.
- Amendments: None.
- Obliged parties: Fundación Basque Team Fundazioa and LALIGA GROUP.
- Agreed financial obligations: LALIGA Group undertakes to make a financial contribution to the Basque Team Foundation (Fundación Basque Team Fundazioa) in the total amount of €25,000, to finance the actions required to update its informational materials. Fundación Basque Team Fundazioa undertakes, among others, to collaborate in the expansion of the “Deportivity” programme, the aim of which is to prevent incidents on football pitches by raising awareness among all stakeholders involved, especially young athletes and coaches. The expansion shall include, among other measures: (i) monitoring levels of sportsmanship/violence on a match-by-match basis; (ii) the intervention of experts on site in situations expected to be unsporting; and (iii) the holding of an official signing ceremony with the Minister for Culture and Language Policy of the Basque Government.
- Subcontracting: None.
COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AUTONOMOUS CITY OF CEUTA AND LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL
- Signatory parties: Autonomous City of Ceuta (through the Department of Commerce, Tourism, Employment and Sport) and LALIGA Group International, S.L. (LALIGA).
- Date: Signed in Ceuta in August, 25th of 2026.
- Purpose and duration: To establish a collaboration framework to deliver online training courses on child safeguarding and protection in sport through the financing of 500 individual licences granting access to a specialised LOPIVI training platform. The Autonomous City of Ceuta is solely responsible for selecting beneficiaries, procuring the training platform and implementing the programme. The agreement has a one-year term and is not renewable, except for an additional period of up to three months solely to complete, justify and settle activities already underway.
- Amendments: None. Any amendment requires the unanimous agreement of the parties and must be formalised through a written addendum.
- Bound parties: Autonomous City of Ceuta and LALIGA Group International, S.L.
- Agreed financial obligations: LALIGA shall make a maximum financial contribution of €5,000, exclusively to finance the acquisition of 500 training licences. The Autonomous City of Ceuta shall be responsible for carrying out the public procurement process, providing all supporting documentation (final invoice, proof of payment, administrative certification, confirmation that the licences have been made available and an implementation report), reimbursing any unused balance and covering any costs exceeding LALIGA's €5,000 contribution.
- Subcontracting: None. Procurement of the training licences is the sole responsibility of the Autonomous City of Ceuta under the Spanish Public Procurement Act.
