Ante Budimir donates the historic jersey from his record-breaking match with CA Osasuna to LEGENDS

LEGENDS, The Home of Football, presented by LALIGA, has added a new piece to its collection: the jersey worn by Ante Budimir, striker for CA Osasuna, when he scored the goal that made him the club's all-time top scorer in LALIGA EA SPORTS. The goal, scored from the penalty spot against Valencia CF, secured his place in the history of the Navarrese club.

The jersey handover took place at the Tajonar Training Ground, where Budimir expressed his deep emotion and pride about the honor. "This is a special memento. I'm very proud to have entered the history of a club with over 100 years of tradition and as significant as Osasuna. I'm very grateful to Legends," said the Croatian striker.

Budimir joined Osasuna in 2020 from RCD Mallorca, initially on loan before making the move permanent. Since his debut, he has steadily grown as a goalscorer with the team. “LALIGA is the best league in the world, and playing in these stadiums is a privilege for both me and for Croatia. Players like Davor Šuker have been here before, and it fills me with pride to be among the Croatians who have competed in LALIGA,” he said.
