Before the ball begins to roll in the opener of Granada CF in Laliga World, there was time to get some smiles from the little ones. A commission of the Nazarí team, led by manager Jose Ramon Sandoval and LFP World Challenge Ambassador José Luis Astiazarán, held an encounter with two associations working to enable children to maintain a good quality of life.
A mere exchange of shirts and a photo helped the group of children to enjoy an unforgettable day. Felix Damián, from the AGAEC Association, explained the project that work for the integration of children with disabilities. Karima Ben Lachhad, from Enfants Du Paradis, also added the "satisfaction of being able to receive aid for children" and expressed the pleasure of working with LaLiga.
The event, held at the Embassy of Spain in Tangier, served to show once again that the values of LaLiga can reach every corner of the world. This was stated by Felix Oscar Moreno, from the Embassy of Spain, who remarked that "in Morocco, for closeness and passion, Spanish football is the most followed". Jose Ramon Sandoval, Granada’s manager, did not want to leave without noting that "football carries a passion and has to go hand in hand with associations like this" and added that "thanks to LaLiga we are privileged to bring our values all over the world and make the Spanish football keep growing."
