Letter of denouncement to be sent by the LFP to the Professional Competition Committee.

Under the rules of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol, la Liga de Fútbol Profesional will every Tuesday send a letter denouncing the shouting of chants that incite violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport to the Professional Competition Committee, given that such actions are contrary to the judicial regimen put forward in the RFEF's Disciplinary Code. This letter of denouncement will be sent each Thursday to the Antiviolence Commission.

LIGA BBVA

Valencia CF - Sevilla FC

- The shouting of chants in the vicinity of the stadium before the start of the match by a majority group of Valencia FC fans, on four occasions and in unison, in the following terms: “Puta Sevilla, Puta Sevilla”, in addition to the lighting of smoke flares among the aforementioned crowd of supporters. - The shouting of chants in the stadium during the game, in the 58th minute, from the section called “Gol Sur”, in unison and in a coordinated manner, by the vast majority of the aforementioned group of Valencia fans present, against the Sevilla FC, SAD player Mr. Ever Banega (ex-player of Valencia CF, SAD), in the following terms: “Es un borracho, Banega es un borracho”.

 

- The shouting of chants in the stadium during the game, in the 64th minute, from the section called “Gol Sur”, in unison and in a coordinated manner by the vast majority of the aforementioned group of Valencia fans present, towards the Sevilla FC, SAD coach (and ex-coach of Valencia CF, SAD), Mr. Unai Emery, in the following terms: “Unai canalla, fuera de Mestalla”.       

* All of the foregoing notwithstanding the fact that it may be placed on record that during the week an audiovisual campaign was broadcast by Valencia CF in several sections of the media with the participation of current and former Valencia CF players, transmitting a message against violence in football to the supporter. In addition, it could be observed that both in the moving advertising situated on the perimeter of the field of play and on the video scoreboard, the message against violence “EL VALENCIA CF CONTRA LA VIOLENCIA Y LOS INSULTOS EN EL FÚTBOL” was projected.

LIGA ADELANTE

Real Betis Balompié - CE Sabadell FC

- During the match, and in several phases of it, in the south stand in which the group known as “Supporters” is located, who remained standing for the whole match, scarves were displayed on which the slogan “SEVILLISTA HIJO DE PUTA” could be read.

Real Sporting de Gijón - CD Numancia

- The unfurling of a banner in the stadium, during the match, by the fans of Real Sporting de Gijón, SAD located in the lower section of the North Stand of the Stadium, in reference to the home club’s board of directors, with the following inscription: “Ayto. no más concesiones a esta panda de ladrones”. The banner remained unfurled for approximately 5 minutes and was removed by the security staff of Real Sporting de Gijón, SAD.

 

- Shouting of chants in the stadium during the match, in the 5th and 6th minutes, and in the 45th minute, from the south stand, where the group known as “Ultra Boys” is located, against the Director General of the Club, Mr. Alfredo García Amado, in the following terms: “Amado, cabrón, fuera del Molinón”.
