Under the rules of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol, the Liga de Fútbol Profesional will every Tuesday send a letter denouncing the shouting of chants that incite violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport to the Professional Competition Committee, given that such actions are contrary to the judicial regimen put forward in the RFEF’s Disciplinary Code.
This exact letter of denouncement will be sent each Thursday to the Antiviolence Commission.

The shouting of chants in the stadium, and before the start of the game, by Sevilla FC fans, and fans known as ‘Biris Norte’ in the following terms: “Puta Málaga”.
The shouting of chants in the stadium and during the game, by the vast majority of Sevilla FC fans on successive occasions in the following terms: “Puta Málaga”.
The shouting of chants in the stadium, during the game, in the stand occupied by the fan group known as ‘Biris Norte’, in the following terms: “Queremos un tsunami en la Costa del Sol” and “Putos malaguistas, os quemaremos la ciudad”. |

The shouting of chants and offensive expressions against the refereeing team in the stadium, during the game, by the home side’s fan groups known as ‘Hinchada Rosa’, ‘Brigadas Lucenses’, ‘Muralla Norte’ and ‘Cheas Boys’ in the following terms: “Hijo de puta, hijo de puta”, “manos arriba, esto es un atraco”, “árbitros cabrones, hasta los cojones”.
The shouting of chants against Girona FC player, Francisco José Sandaza, by the aforementioned groups as the player was substituted in the following terms: “Payaso, payaso”. |
