LaLiga Santander Experience
The guests of ESPN Brazil, SPILER TV and SKY SPORTS MEXICO had the chance to enjoy a trip that they will never forget, thanks to the warm welcome by Real Betis.
After arriving in the city and attending the welcome event, the first stop was the ‘Luis de Sol’ training ground, where Real Betis are put through their paces every day. There the guests got to briefly watch the first-team training session and spend some time with the Verdiblanco stars Luiz Henrique, Claudio Bravo y Guido Rodríguez. The winners and the journalists with the international broadcasters who were lucky enough to enjoy the experience stowed away some unforgettable memories in the form of interviews, signatures, photos and videos.
During the visit, the guests also got to meet the Real Betis Women players, spending a while with them, recording a range of content and asking the stars of the team questions. They were also treated to watching the final minutes of the club’s reserve team training session, packed with spectacular goals.
In the afternoon it was the turn of the Real Betis futsal team. The players Carlos Artero “Charly” and Cristian Povea were the perfect hosts for a fun-packed session featuring challenges, videos and some great moments at Pabellon de Amate.
There was virtually no time to reflect on this incredible day as the following morning the guests were off to discover the home of Real Betis Balompie, the imposing Estadio Benito Villamarin. They explored every nook and cranny of the stadium and were fascinated by the club’s history and all the secrets held by the green and white fortress. The tour ended with them taking in the view of the stadium from the field of play, where they got to experience in the flesh the very same sensation that the players feel every Sunday.
After a break to gather their strength, it was time for the icing on the cake and one of the things that Seville and Andalusia are most famous for: a flamenco venue including dinner and a show, giving them a taste of that ‘special colour’ of Seville.
