BEGIN becomes the exclusive home of LALIGA in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka

LALIGA and BEGIN, the rapidly growing OTT streaming service, have signed a five-season agreement that will make BEGIN the exclusive broadcast partner for all LALIGA EA SPORTS and LALIGA HYPERMOTION matches in Pakistan and Bangladesh from the 2025/26 campaign, with Sri Lanka joining the footprint in 2026/27.

LALIGA joins BEGIN's in an agreement that represents a shift in how premium sports content is distributed in South-Asia. It provides access to LALIGA through a trusted, legal platform for audiences across Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

By providing a trusted, legal alternative to illicit streams, the collaboration tackles the region’s long-standing piracy challenge and helps build a sustainable digital sports ecosystem that benefits fans, clubs and commercial partners alike.

Having some of the world's best players, LALIGA is one of the most popular sports leagues in the region. Spanish teams have demonstrated its dominance in European football competitions over the last decades, which has brought fans in South-Asia even closer to Spanish football.

LALIGA EA SPORTS 2025/26 season will kick off on the weekend of August 17th and will end on 24th May, while the season of LALIGA HYPERMOTION will start at the same time and run through to the end of the regular season on May 31, before giving way to the promotion playoffs.

The first ELCLASICO of the 2025/26 season between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona will take place on Matchday 10 in Madrid during the weekend of October 26, with the return fixture on Matchday 35 in Barcelona during the weekend of May 10.

The first ELDERBI DE MADRID will be played the weekend of September 28 (Matchday 7) at Atlético de Madrid’s Riyadh Air Metropolitano, with the return match on the weekend of March 22 (Matchday 29) at the Santiago Bernabéu.
