Vinicius Jr./Real Madrid (12/07/2000):

The Real Madrid faithful have high hopes for the young Brazilian footballer and Vinicius Jr. is aspiring to force his way into Solari’s side. In his second game for Madrid in LaLiga Santander, Vinicius opened his account when he scored the opening goal against R. Valladolid. His pace, drive and courage with the ball at his feet are his main attributes.

Cucho Hernández/SD Huesca  (20/04/1999):

The Colombian footballer is one of the stars at Huesca. Cucho Hernández was a key figure in his side’s historic promotion to LaLiga Santander. He oozes confidence and his dribbling skills are second to none. Huesca may not have got off to the best start to the league campaign but Cucho and his teammates will be hoping to turn things around.

Samuel Chukwueze/Villarreal CF (22/05/1999):

The new gem at Villarreal, the Nigerian winger has made a huge impact for the Yellow Submarine. The player’s youthful energy and fearlessness have thoroughly impressed manager Calleja.Chukwueze scored his first goal in LaLiga Santander for the club in the team’s previous match against Rayo Vallecano.

Brais Méndez/RC Celta (07/01/1997):

This attacking midfielder’s fine start to the season has earned him a call-up to the Spain national team. Méndez has three goals and two assists to his name to date as the Galician player has begun to force his way into the starting-eleven – starting the last two matches. This talented midfielder is the latest jewel at A Madroa.

Carlos Soler/Valencia CF (02/01/1997):

Another former youth team player to take centre-stage at his club is Carlos Soler. After making his mark last season, the Valencia centre-midfielder has consolidated his place in the side under Marcelino, who has granted him 10 starts from a possible 12.

Ousmane Dembélé/FC Barcelona (15/05/1997):

The French midfielder has been one of the most decisive players for FC Barcelona. He scored the winning goal against Rayo and repeated the feat against R. Valladolid. His electric pace and directness on the ball have made him one of the most attractive players in LaLiga Santander.

Patrick Roberts/Girona FC (05/02/1997):

Girona’s English footballer proved against Valencia that he is ready to play a key role in Eusebio’s side. He is direct, has a lot of quality on the ball and is hoping to cement a place in the Girona starting-eleven.

Mikel Oyarzabal/Real Sociedad (21/04/1997):

The importance of Oyarzabal for Real Sociedad has been evident for some time. The winger is a vital player for La Real and one of the most used players by coach Garitano. Oyarzabal has three goals to his name and, along with Willian José, is the Basque club’s top scorer.

Enes Ünal/Real Valladolid (10/05/1997):

After being brought to Spain by Levante and moving on to R. Valladolid in the summer, the Turkish forward has become a key player in his side’s attack. He has scored on two occasions and is the top scorer for Los Blanquivioletas

Óscar Melendo/RCD Espanyol (23/08/1997):

After making his first-team debut two seasons ago, this Espanyol midfielder is one of the most promising members of the squad. Melendo came up through the youth team and has started three times this campaign, with two assists to his name.
