Economía 3 honours LALIGA's socio-cultural work at its annual awards

The awards ceremony for the 32nd anniversary of Economía 3 brought together numerous figures from business, politics and the professional world at the Oceanogràfic aquarium in Valencia.  LALIGA was one of the 12 institutions recognised in the category of socio-cultural interest initiative, for the various activities carried out by its Fundación in the social sphere.

In his speech, Clemente Villaverde, President of FUNDACIÓN LALIGA, thanked them for the accolade, while also acknowledging that “this award recognises the work that LALIGA, through its Fundación, is carrying out, through contributing to equal opportunities, social inclusion and diversity. We have gone from simply standing in solidarity to using the huge voice and transformative power of football to take its values around the world”.

The evening served as a meeting point for the different economic and social sectors of Valencian society to come together. The event was also attended by the President of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazón, who closed the ceremony, and was attended by hundreds of businessmen, associates and prominent personalities.

The other winners this year were Porcelanosa (Business Growth), Alicante Science Park (Promotion of Talent), Avramar (Professional Excellence), La Fageda (Social and Business Track Record), Redit (Promotion and Development of Research and Innovation), El Ganso (Internationalisation), Ecoalf (Sustainability), Avanza Urbana (Business Strategy), Zummo (Innovation), Atlántica Agrícola (Leadership) and Link Securities (Long Track Record).
