Aged just 25, Carlos Vela is a key man at Real Sociedad de Fútbol, a status that he earned during his first three seasons on loan at the San Sebastián side.

At the Liga BBVA club, the Mexican has constantly improved, which has been reflected in his growing goal-scoring tally year after year. Last summer Real Sociedad finally signed the player, and though the team has taken a while to find its way in the early stages of the season, Vela's goals are already helping his team deliver more consistent results, something they hope to strengthen with the arrival of David Moyes in the dugout.
