Raphinha, EA SPORTS LaLiga Player of the Month for September

Raphinha has been named LALIGA EA SPORTS Player of the Month for September. The Barça player got off to a spectacular start to the league season and, in the four matchdays played last month, he once again surpassed himself.

 

In September, the Brazilian scored 7 goals and recorded 2 assists. He scored against Valencia and strung together two consecutive hat tricks against Racing and Sevilla in the matches played before the break. The winger, converted to center forward by Hansi Flick, is a key player for his team and is living up to the German coach’s expectations. So far this season, he has tallied 12 goals and 3 assists and captains a Barça team that remains undefeated and leads the standings.

 

Raphinha wins this award after beating out Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid), Jonathan David (Atlético de Madrid), Sergio Camello (Rayo Vallecano), and Fer Niño (Elche CF) in the final vote.
