Iñigo Pérez has been named LALIGA EA SPORTS Coach of the Month for October. Rayo Vallecano has had a spectacular month, earning maximum points after winning all three of its matches.
The Franjirrojos beat Real Sociedad 0-1 away and Levante UD 0-3 away, and added a third consecutive victory at Vallecas against Deportivo Alavés, winning 1-0. In addition, they have not conceded a single goal, which has taken them to seventh place with 14 points.
The Navarran coach receives the LALIGA EA SPORTS Best Coach award for the first time after beating Xabi Alonso (Real Madrid) and Manuel Pellegrini (Real Betis) in the final vote.
