LaLiga Santander Experience
Deportivo Alaves v FC Barcelona on Matchday 22 of LaLiga Santander was a festival for Los Babazorros, as the club celebrated its 101st year in the company of the guests of the LaLiga Experience, who experienced the passion of the best league in the world from the Mendizorroza stands.
The winner of the #LaLigaUltimateXpert contests run by the broadcaster SportsMax Caribbean and the journalists and influencers of the broadcaster Spiler TV Hungary were not put off by the icy temperatures in Vitoria and enjoyed a top-class match from pitch-side and from the Mendizorroza stands.
There was no shortage of emotion right from the referee's starting whistle, with the guests of the LaLiga Experience lucky enough to have watched the Deportivo Alaves and FC Barcelona players arrive at the stadium, where they even received a welcome from Victor Laguardia, the captain of the Vitorian team.
However, the surprises did not end there. Abigail Edwards, one of the participants with the broadcaster SportsMax Caribbean, came out on top in the LaLiga Experience challenges and received an award from Manolo Serrano and Aitor Arregi, two Alaves legends.
Watching the teams warm up from pitch-side, dancing and having their photos taken with 'Babazorro', the Basque club's entertaining mascot, as well as enjoying the match from the Mendizorroza stands and attending the post-match press conference were some of the other unforgettable memories of this experience.
The game only featured a solitary goal, but there is no doubt that the LaLiga Experience once again provided everyone with a great festival. Next week will see the LaLiga Experience back with a bang to mark a very special event, the Barcelona derby between RCD Espanyol and FC Barcelona.
