Lamine Yamal has been named LALIGA EA SPORTS Best Under-23 Player for 2024/2025, an award presented by LALIGA in partnership with Riyadh Season. FC Barcelona had an exceptional season, winning the title with 88 points.
The Azulgrana team has closed a great campaign in which the young Spanish player has stood out. Lamine Yamal has dazzled football fans around the world with his play, but he has also contributed enormously to FC Barcelona's magnificent season in LALIGA EA SPORTS with nine goals and thirteen assists, making him the top assist provider in the championship.
Lamine Yamal has twice received the monthly award for Best Under-23 Player this season, in August and February, making him the player with the most trophies in this category this season, tied with UD Las Palmas player Fábio Silva. In addition, Lamine Yamal was also voted Best Player in LALIGA EA SPORTS for the month of September. The young Spanish international won the final vote for Best Under-23 Player of the season ahead of Fábio Silva himself, Diego López (Valencia CF), Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid), Arda Güler (Real Madrid), Pedri González (FC Barcelona) and Alberto Moleiro (UD Las Palmas).
