Valencia fly to their second LFP World Challenge destination

Valencia CF get the second stage of their LFP World Challenge tour underway. This time the location is Santiago de Chile, a city the Spanish team, which is holding its pre-season preparations on South American soil, will be based in between Sunday and Thursday.

After spending time in Lima (Peru), where they took on Club Alianza Lima, Valencia will travel to Santiago on Sunday. Nuno Espírito Santo’s side will draw their participation in the LFP World Challenge Tour to a close on Wednesday against Universidad Católica de Chile (20:00 local time/02:00 Spanish time).

The whole squad, including the most recent arrival, Rodrigo Moreno, will leave Peru at midday and land in Chile in the early evening. The pre-match build up in the Andean city will begin on Monday with a press conference ahead of Wednesday’s game in the San Carlos de Santiago Stadium.
