Recreativo to defend their leadership

RC Recreativo de Huelva's victory over CD Numancia in the Nuevo Estadio Los Pajaritos (2-3) won them back their position at the top of the Liga Adelante last Sunday. The side will now be looking to defend that lead against Real Jaén CF, who are in search of some stability in light of their record of two victories and three defeats in their last five matches.

Home coach Sergi Barjuan will be bidding to keep the pressure on RC Deportivo de la Coruña at the top of the table. To do so, the Catalonian manager will be without striker Jonathan Valle and defender David Córcoles, although midfielder Manuel Arana, the competition's top goal-scorer with eight, has been given the medical all-clear.

The visiting team, for their part, will travel to Huelva with the hope of getting their smile back after two consecutive defeats. The injured Ritchie Kitoko, Óscar Quesada and Mario Martos will miss the match for Manolo Herrero's team.
