Seventeen years after his first spell in charge, Quique Sanchez Flores is back in the Getafe CF hotseat. The 56 year-old manager has been named as successor to Michel at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez.
Flores returns to management following a two year absence, three years after leaving his last LaLiga Santander post at RCD Espanyol. His task will be to keep Getafe in the top division after a poor start to the season that has seen them take just 1 out of a possible 24 points.
His third debut for the club will come agianst Levante UD on Saturday, a crucial match against another side struggling towards the bottom of the table.
