James Rodriguez Rubio (Cucuta, Colombia, July 12, 1991) has been named Best Midfielder of the 2014/15 Liga BBVA season. The Colombian completed a major campaign in his first season in the competition in which he scored 12 goals and gave 12 assists.
The midfielder was perfectly adapted to Liga BBVA after completing a great World Cup in Brazil and showed his quality in the White team in which he was one of the undisputed players since joining.
At 24, James Rodriguez combines goals and assists alike, something that makes him a decisive player, able to change the direction of the match thanks to a technical quality that allows him to master all facets of the game.
