Edu Bedia gives Barcelona B victory

FC Barcelona B secured three vital points by defeating Girona FC 1-2 in their visit to the Estadio Municipal de Montilivi, with goals from Javier Espinosa and Edu Bedia cancelling out Jandro’s opener. 

Following an opening 20 minutes in which neither side dominated, Jandro gave the home side the lead after latching on to a ball from Eloi Amagat. The goal proved to be a spark for Barcelona B, who started showing more in attack, and equalised through Espinosa, who was set up by good play from Jean Marie Dongou.

The home side searched for a winner and Gerard Bordás hit Jordi Masip’s post, however it was the visitors who eventually scored again, with Edu Bedia scoring the winning goal on the hour mark.
