It is nearly a routine to see the stars of Barcelona and Real Madrid breaking records, and in matchday 20 it happened again: both attacking trios scored five goals each, which were netted by the six players that form them, something unprecedented until now.
Talent, quality, and a lot of goals. All this can be enjoyed on the pitch when they go out to play. The "MSN", formed by Messi, Neymar and Suarez, and the "BBC", made up of Bale, Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo. Two world-class trios that have scored 89 goals in this Liga BBVA season so far.
In the 2015/16 season, the "BBC" has scored 45 of the 57 goals of Real Madrid: 16 by Cristiano Ronaldo, 16 from Benzema and 13 of Bale. While the "MSN", with a game in hand, has netted a total of 44 goals of the 50 scored by the whole Barcelona team: Luis Suarez, top scorer of Liga BBVA, has 18 goals in his tally, while Neymar and Messi have 16 and 10 respectively.
Both attacking trios are lethal and their numbers confirmed this. The five leading scorers in Liga BBVA are three players from Real Madrid and two from FC Barcelona.
