The sole Portuguese representative at LaLiga Promises comes from the country's capital. Benfica's youngsters will make their presence felt in the UAE, determined to prove that football on the Iberian Peninsula is not just about Spain.

This international edition of LaLiga Promises will include three Arab teams for the first time, all of them representing the United Arab Emirates. One of them is Al-Ain FC, the historic club which plays its home matches at the tournament venue, the Hazza bin Zayed Stadium.
