Hansi Flick has been named LALIGA EA SPORTS Coach of the Year for the 2025/2026 season. FC Barcelona has had an exceptional season, winning the national league title with 94 points.
The Blaugrana have once again wrapped up a great campaign. Under the guidance of Hansi Flick, Barça successfully defended their LALIGA EA SPORTS title, building on the style he established last year with a recognizable playing style and an undeniable display of character.
Barça lost only six of the 38 matches they played in the competition and, furthermore, scored 95 goals. This year they also achieved another special milestone: becoming the first team in LALIGA history to win all their home matches. Since the 38-game format was introduced, FC Barcelona has been the only team to win all its home matches: 19 wins out of 19 games.
The German coach, who was also named Coach of the Year last season, has once again been named LALIGA EA SPORTS Coach of the Year after beating out José Bordalás (Getafe CF) and Marcelino (Villarreal CF) in the final vote.
