In the 51st minute a group of around 250 supporters in the home section of the stadium, displaying different symbols identifying their team (shirts, scarves,flags and banners) and located in the middle of the Grada Baja Gol Norte ‘Banco de Pista Note’ where the group known as “BIRIS NORTE” are located, identified by various symbols bearing said name, sang, in reference to Real Betis Balompié SAD, the chant “VERDIBLANCOS HIJOS DE PUTA”.

The songs were chanted in chorus, in a co-ordinated manner and repeated, exclusively by the part of the aforementioned group, and not repeated by the rest of the fans present in the stadium, whose behaviour throughout the game was exemplary.

The aforementioned chant, although it was sung repeatedly and co-ordinated, was an isolated incident during the game, and aside from this chant, the behaviour of the spectators during the rest of the game was exemplary, with no other type of incident detected, or that affected the game in any way.

In reference to the measures of prevention of violence, it should be mentioned that in this game the control and presence of security guards was reinforced, increasing their presence in the aforementioned part of the stadium before the game in a co-ordinated manner. In the access points of the stadium, and especially in the lower part of the stand, exhaustive measures were taken to impede the access of banners or symbols with intolerable and offensive messages.

In the minutes before the game a message was transmitted by megaphone welcoming the away supporters and on the club’s official website there was a space informing supporters what conduct was not legally permitted in reference to violence in the stadiums and access to sporting arenas.

RC Celta de Vigo - FC Barcelona

In the 89th minute a group of around 300 supporters of the home team, identified by displaying different symbols (scarves, shirts, flags and banners), situated in the Grada de Gol Inferior, close to the Marcador end of the ground and behind banners identifying the group known as “IRMANDIÑOS”, the chant “PUTA BARÇA, OÉ!”, was sung in reference to Fútbol Club Barcelona. The chant was sung in chorus, in a repeated and coordinated manner by the aforementioned group, and repeated by other supporters in different areas of the stadium, without it being possible to determine approximate numbers.

However, this was an isolated incident during the game, in which the spectators behaved impeccably for the rest of the game, without any other type of incident being detected that affected the game.
