The LALIGA FOUNDATION holds its second Ordinary General Assembly of 2025

The LALIGA FOUNDATION held its second Ordinary General Assembly of 2025 this Monday, December 15, in the Sala de Banderas (Hall of Flags) at LALIGA headquarters. The meeting took place in a hybrid format (both online and in person) and was attended by Clemente Villaverde, president of the LALIGA FOUNDATION; Javier Tebas, president of LALIGA and board member of the Foundation; along with other board members representing the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

Among the items on the agenda were the presentation of the Activity Report for the 2024/25 period and the financial closing of the fiscal year spanning July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

Additionally, the director of the LALIGA FOUNDATION, Olga de la Fuente, provided an overview of the entity's strategic pillars and the impact data from the numerous projects developed by the LALIGA FOUNDATION to support vulnerable groups. Education, training, social inclusion, and the strategic management of social responsibility and sustainability remain core areas of focus, both nationally and internationally.

Furthermore, the assembly served to officially announce a new addition to the LALIGA FOUNDATION’s Board of Trustees: Patricio Viñayo, General Director of Unión Deportiva Las Palmas.
