Seville is staging a second leg of the #LigaBBVAExperience and the city is well worthy of the honour, with its sunny weather, upbeat atmosphere and beauty. Just ask Ziad and Nader, who took centre stage in the last edition of the initiative, also held in the Andalusian capital. This time round, it is the turn of nine fans from South America and the Caribbean who, thanks to LaLiga, SportsMax and ESPN, are in for a three-day weekend to remember.

The opening whistle has sounded, the ball is rolling and the first treats have already been served up. Just imagine landing in Seville, heading to your hotel, opening your bedroom door and… ta-da, waiting for you inside is a welcome pack containing Real Betis and FC Barcelona shirts, plus banners and scarves. Well, this is exactly what was in store for Juan Pablo, Carlos Alberto, Franca and Magdalena from Argentina; Rudolf, Maria Lua and Fernando from Brazil, and Melissa and Rixon from Trinidad and Tobago. Our special guests are now all kitted out for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Juan Pablo hails from Rosario and has no qualms about admitting that he's football-mad. "Football grips you and you forget about everything else," he gushed. Still, the Argentine couldn't get enough of everything he laid eyes on after arriving, capturing it all in photos. It was the same story for Melissa and Rixon. This is the pair's first time in Europe and the former's first such trip, full stop. They were knackered, but they didn't want to miss a second of the action.

After a warm welcome and a meet-and-greet, dinner was next on the menu. "Who do you support? Have you been to Spain before?" These were just some of the many questions that flew around between our group of four Argentines, three Brazilians and two Trinidadians, united around a table by their love of football. "It looks good, doesn't it?" Carlos Alberto said to Magdalena. Mouth-wateringly so. Before sinking their teeth into more, however, it was time to get some rest with the aim of being full of beans for what's ahead.

The #LigaBBVAExperience is back in Seville to replicate the success of its previous editions. One of LaLiga's most ambitious international projects, its
goal is to further the league's ongoing global expansion and to bring fans from all over the world closer to the best competition on the planet. Another dream kicks off in earnest tomorrow.
